Beach season might be over, but Airbnbs at the Jersey Shore are here to stay — and so are their exorbitant prices.
Asbury Park and Neptune lead the list with the most expensive Airbnb rentals in Ocean and Monmouth counties, but rentals of more than $1,000 per night can be found anywhere from Rumson to Long Beach Island.

Luxe Rumson Waterfront Estate
This six-bedroom mansion is part of Drip Castle Estate Collection, a nationwide array of luxurious properties. The Rumson waterfront estate offers a close view to the Shrewsbury bay standing a few minutes' drive from the beach. It can host up to 12 guests and comes with a pool, outdoor bar, dedicated workspace, two full kitchens, a gym and a pool table. On-site parking is included.

Brand-new Asian wood-style house

The house comes with a vintage flair, featuring a spacious porch, stained glass, Ottoman rugs, decorative molding, a library and a courtyard. The master bedroom has a sauna. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are available for guests. Off-street parking available.

Historic shore rental in Neptune
