Selena Gomez is one of the most beautiful women in the world, and men would line up to date her. Fortunately, for all the guys waiting, the star recently revealed what she looks for in her ideal man.
And, after she has revealed what she looks for in a guy, we're taking a look back at her love life (which includes a whole lot of Justin Bieber.) However, there has been more than just the "sorry" singer in her past.
Selena Described What She Looks For In A Man
She said, “I love funny. I don’t like arrogant. I don’t like, you know, show-offy. I love playful, adventurous, but really down-to-earth and cool.”
We're definitely with you there Selena! Though, it's easy to imagine that if you're a celebrity dating in the entertainment industry, you run into quite a bit of arrogance.
She Prefers Being Approached In A Natural Way
The "Lose You To Love Me" singer went on to describe how she prefers to meet a guy, and it's also super relatable.
She claimed she prefers to meet guys in a group situation, saying, “I find that’s what makes me comfortable," and she prefers to be "approached in a natural, organic way."
And, one more tip for potential Selena Gomez suitors: Date her for who she is, not for her fame. She said, “I hope that whoever’s doing that is actually interested in me and not really my name. So, it’s pretty hard, but that’s usually the best way."
While she casually dated Taylor Lautner in 2009, her first serious relationship was with Justin Bieber, whom she dated off and on from 2010 to 2018.
They were first spotted sharing pancakes together at an IHOP, and Selena denied they were dating, telling Us Weekly, “It was just pancakes.”
Of course, the two eventually split for good, as we now know, and Justin has since married Hailey Bieber (Baldwin.) But, this will forever go down as one of the most famous pairings in the entertainment industry.
Selena had a few casual flings and rumored romances, from Orlando Bloom to Charlie Puth, but her next most serious relationship was with The Weeknd, in 2017.
After spending time together traveling in Italy, and being spotted making out on a yacht, the pair became Instagram official in April 2017. A month later, they made their red carpet debut at the MET Gala.
Though they were super cute together, the couple eventually split by October of that year.
Selena is currently single at the moment, so for anyone looking to get in line, be sure to keep her ideal man in mind.
