Machine Gun Kelly's dating history is long and layered and includes plenty of familiar names.

The multitalented star is most known for his relationship with Megan Fox. Kelly and Fox first sparked romance rumors in May 2020 after she starred in his "Bloody Valentine" music video. By July, the couple confirmed their relationship during a joint interview on the Give Them Lala … With Randall podcast, where Fox called Kelly her "twin flame."

In November 2020, Fox also opened up about her romance with Kelly (né Colson Baker) in Nylon.

"Loving him is like being in love with a tsunami or a forest fire," she shared. "The intensity of merging with him is just overwhelming, and the threat it poses is so powerful but so beautiful that you have no choice to surrender with reverence and with gratitude."

But Fox isn't the first famous woman he has been linked to in the past.

Here's a look back at Machine Gun Kelly's dating history.

Emma Cannon

Although there's little known about the couple's beginnings, Kelly shares a daughter with Cannon, Casie Colson Baker, who was born in July 2009 in Cleveland, Ohio. Despite Kelly and his daughter appearing on red carpets and social media together, his ex, Cannon, largely remains out of the spotlight.

Kelly dated the model and activist from April to June 2015.

"Everything was completely natural," Kelly explained to Hot 97 how his relationship with Rose began, according to E! News. "It wasn't anything I had expected or had planned or anything like that. You know, when the universe throws something your way or things happen, I'm one of those people that goes with it, and I don't fight it."

Halsey

The musicians were linked in 2017, when they were photographed on a beach together. The photo resurfaced in 2018, leading many to speculate Halsey was dating Kelly, but they put those rumors to rest on Twitter.

However, Kelly confirmed that he had been intimate with the singer during a September 2018 interview on The Breakfast Club. The two later collaborated on Kelly's 2020 single "Forget Me Too."

Chantel Jeffries

Kelly was linked to the DJ and music producer in July 2019. The pair was seen leaving a Fourth of July party together in Los Angeles wearing matching all-white ensembles, and a few weeks later, they were photographed leaving Delilah nightclub in West Hollywood. However, the relationship was never confirmed by either party.

The rapper and actress set off dating rumors in January 2020 after being photographed together at a Golden Globes afterparty.

Kelly is good friends with Pete Davidson, who previously dated Beckinsale.

Beckinsale set the record straight after being trolled on Instagram following the sighting.

The user commented, "Machine Gun Kelly Really? I'm out!! You are now infected."

Beckinsale — never one to shy away from a clapback — replied, "Why don't you worry about things that are actually happening and donate to the Australian wildfires rather than waste your time on things that are not happening and never were and also please get a f------ life."

Noah Cyrus

Kelly was linked to Noah, singer and younger sister of Miley Cyrus, in late January 2020 after the Grammys. The pair attended a party hosted by Sony Music Entertainment at NeueHouse Hollywood, where they posed for photos and frequently held hands.

The two were also spotted getting cozy at another afterparty. According to sources, they barely left each other's side, even when Kelly went outside for a smoke break.

Sommer Ray

Kelly confirmed his relationship with the fitness model in March 2020 when he retweeted two photos of the couple together, including a paparazzi photo of them kissing. The other snap was from 2017 while appearing on Wild N' Out.

The pair apparently broke up one month later, with the rapper tweeting that Ray had retrieved her things from his house ... on his birthday.

Fox and Kelly began "spending time together" in May 2020 and were spotted driving around and picking up food in Calabasas, California.

Although Fox was still married to her husband, Brian Austin Green, at the time, the two would eventually confirm their split in December 2020 after five years of marriage and nearly 11 years together. He addressed the photos of his wife and the rapper, saying that he felt her becoming distant when she began filming the 2021 film Midnight in the Switchgrass with Kelly.

"She said, 'I realized when I was out of the country working alone that I feel more like myself and I liked myself better during that experience and I think that might be something worth trying for me,'" he recalled Fox telling him. "I was shocked and I was upset about it, but I can't be upset at her because she didn't ask to feel that way. It wasn't a choice she made, that's the way she honestly felt. We talked about it a little more and said let's separate for a bit … and so we did."

After a little over a year of dating, Kelly proposed to Fox in January 2022. They announced the news on their respective Instagram accounts, sealing the deal by drinking each other's blood.

"Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him," Fox captioned the video of Kelly on bended knee. "And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes ... and then we drank each other's blood."

Shortly after getting engaged, the "Emo Girl" singer opened up on The Late Late Show with James Corden about some of the difficulties with wedding planning, telling host James Corden that finding the perfect venue has proven to be a struggle.

"When they can build me, like, a red river with gothic ..." Kelly began before cutting himself off, adding, "The location is hard, trying to find a spot that's matching my artistic [vision]."

In addition to planning their gothic nuptials, Fox hinted at the possibility of growing a family with her fiancé in October 2022.

"Never has anyone with better bone structure walked this earth😍Exquisitely, devastatingly handsome. And 6 foot 5? Kill me or get me pregnant. Those are the only options," Fox commented on a photo of MGK from the Time100 Gala in New York City.

The Transformers actress is already mom to sons Journey River, Bodhi Ransom and Noah Shannon with ex-husband Green.
