Whitney Way Thore, star of TLC's My Big Fat Fabulous Life, has recently announced her engagement to Chase Severino.
She's had quite the dating history, which has been chronicled on the show since it premiered back in 2015. She has also shown her problems with health, as she weighed 380 pounds when the series started, something she attributes to the fact that she has Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
After various failed relationships, it seems the dancer and reality television star is super happy with her new fiance!

She's Engaged To Chase Servino
Whitney recently announced her engagement on Instagram, posting a loved up selfie of the pair, with the caption: "Chase and I got engaged on October 9th in Paris and I’m quite possibly the happiest woman alive. It has been REAL hard to keep this a secret! EDIT: the ring is exactly what I wanted: yellow sapphire, diamonds, + white gold."
Chase also shared the engagement on his page, writing, "Soooo, something happened!!! Whitney and I are so excited to officially announce our engagement!! The best part is everyone can experience our wild ride from friendship to dating to falling in love because you can tune into My Big Fat Fabulous Life on your TVs!! I love you so much baby."
Their Relationship Will Be Chronicled On Season 6 Of The Show
The My Big Fat Fabulous Life star is clearly smitten, telling People, “Chase and I are so excited to officially announce our engagement and even more excited for My Big Fat Fabulous Life viewers to share this happiness with us."
The new season of the show will premiere on January 7, and it will chronicle the couple's history, from dating all the way up to their engagement.
The show will also continue to show Whitney on her health and fitness journey, as well as her starting her new business NoBS Active.
She's Been Unlucky In Love In The Past
The reality star dated Lennie Alehat during season 3 of the show, however, the two split amid rumors that he had cheated on her. Whitney even suffered a pregnancy scare during the breakup, which had her considering getting back together with him, but in the end, nothing happened.
During season 5, another boyfriend, Avi Lang was caught out in an even bigger cheating scandal. Whitney found out he had been planning a wedding with another woman the entire time they were dating, and she also claimed he had cheated with no less than 11 other women during their relationship.
Did She Date Her Best Friend?
It was rumored that she and one of her best friends, Buddy Bell, were dating. They were even shown engaging in a kiss on My Big Fat Fabulous Life. However, this was quite scandalous, considering Buddy had just split with Whitney's friend Heather.
Now, Whitney seems to have found "the one" after Chase proposed a couple of months ago at the Eiffel Tower. The two met through Whitney's business partner Ryan Andreas. We can't wait to see how the whole relationship plays out when the new season premieres on January 7.
