    • <p>The quirky Capitol escort, tasked with guiding Peeta and Katniss through their Hunger Games ceremonies, switches it up to turquoise and black, with a bright blond wig, in a scene where she admonishes Katniss for firing an arrow toward Capitol leaders.</p>
