Longtime WKRC Local 12 anchor John Lomax is retiring Friday. Here's how to watch his final broadcast.
After 39 years on the air at WKRC Local 12, anchor John Lomax will give his final sign-off this Friday.
The former reporter and longtime anchor will retire at the conclusion of "Good Morning Cincinnati," airing Friday morning.

Throughout Lomax's last week at the station, Local 12 has aired a series of conversations with current and former colleagues, reminiscing on his many years in the news business.
Lomax was also the grand marshal of the 2022 Joe Nuxhall Miracle League Fields Opening Day Parade earlier in April.
“We are incredibly fortunate to know and work with John. His personality and talent speak for themselves. He’s a valued member of our morning team and he’ll most certainly be very much missed not only by the Greater Cincinnati community but also by everyone here at the station,” Jon Lawhead, Local 12's senior vice president and general manager said when his retirement was first announced.
How to watch John Lomax's final broadcast
Lomax's final broadcast will be Friday, April 29, and he will sign off after "Good Morning Cincinnati." The show is from 4:30-7 a.m., with a break for "CBS Mornings" from 7-9 a.m. "Good Morning Cincinnati" resumes after, and runs from 9-10 a.m., according to Local 12's station schedule.
