Jul. 30—RockyGrass: The annual event celebrating all things strings and 'grass returns to Lyons for its 51st annual festival. Miracle on 4th — Christmas in July Market: Check out local handmade goods, gifts, art and food from Colorado artisans. There will be more than 50 product-based vendors will be setting up shop. Outdoor Concert with the Longmont All-Star Jazz Band: Make Sunday night an evening of jazz on the library's west patio. The Longmont All-Star Jazz Band is made up of some of the local high schools' best players. The 17-player group is directed by longtime teacher Bill Wilkinson, who started the band in 2001.
