Long-Time ‘Dr. Phil’ Staffer ‘Incredibly Grateful For Being Able To Work With Such Talented People’

Behind every television production are dozens – sometimes hundreds – of staff and crew that the general public never gets to know. This also holds true at Dr. Phil. “I can’t believe it’s been 20 years,” says Production Manager Caroline Neal, who has been with Dr. Phil from the very beginning. Caroline and Laura Perry, Vice President of Finance at Dr. Phil, say they started out with a professional relationship that naturally evolved into a close personal friendship over the past 20 seasons. “I’m so proud to be involved in this show,” says Executive in Charge of Production, Rich de Michele. Head Production Accountant, Verna Jones, who has been with the show since day one, says, “I’m really grateful that I’ve been able to take care of my family and myself for these past 20 years.” Andres Rodriguez started as a showrunner in season one. Today he is the Senior Graphics Producer at Dr. Phil. “I’m incredibly grateful for being able to work with such talented people,” he says. Watch the video above to hear more about these staffers and other vital members of the Dr. Phil family as the show celebrates 20 years on-air. Dr. Phil broadcasts Monday – Friday.
