‘Loki’ star Tom Hiddleston shows off the one item he’s taken from a Marvel set

On Jimmy Kimmel Live Tuesday, Loki star Tom Hiddleston was asked to show off something he has taken from a Marvel set through his decade-plus run with the franchise. After Kimmel pointed out that Hiddleston’s frequent co-star, Chris Hemsworth, has acquired multiple Thor hammers, the host was hoping the actor would have something equally as interesting.

Hiddleston stepped away from camera for a moment, and when he returned he was happy to be wearing a black and grey scarf and asked: “Remember this?”

“A scarf,” Kimmel said. “No, I do not remember that.”

Of course Hiddleston was happy to nerd-splain the scarf for Kimmel, telling him that Loki comes down to visit Thor in the first movie and he's wearing the scarf. To which Kimmel, who was clearly still not impressed, replied: “That's all you got, huh?”

JIMMY KIMMEL: Did you take anything? Because Loki has, what, knives sometimes? And of course, the horns.

TOM HIDDLESTON: He has-- he has the horns. I'm ashamed to say, I have nothing so-- quite so iconic as the horns. I did-- I did have a look. If you just wait one second, I have this.

JIMMY KIMMEL: OK.

KYLIE MAR: Tom Hiddleston, a.k.a. Loki, was on Jimmy Kimmel Live Tuesday, where the host was hoping to see something cool that Tom has taken from a Marvel set, after learning that Chris Hemsworth has acquired multiple Thor hammers. But let's just say Tom's item was less cool and more useful on a cool morning.

JIMMY KIMMEL: That's a--

TOM HIDDLESTON: Remember this?

JIMMY KIMMEL: A scarf. No, I do not remember that.

KYLIE MAR: Kimmel may have had no idea where the scarf is from. But fans on Twitter definitely did. And they could feel Tom's excitement about it, with comments like, "if Tom keeping the scarf of Loki doesn't make you emotional, I don't know what will." And, "I feel bad. Tom looked so excited about the scarf. And Kimmel was like, what is that?"

But luckily, Tom, who has actually been seen wearing it out in public over the years, was happy to give Jimmy the Loki down on the scarf.

TOM HIDDLESTON: Loki comes down to visit Thor in the first movie. And he's wearing this scarf.

JIMMY KIMMEL: Oh. Wow what a memento.

TOM HIDDLESTON: That's all I got. That's all I got. There you go.

JIMMY KIMMEL: That's all you got?

TOM HIDDLESTON: Loki is worthy too is all I can say.
