Logan Marshall-Green and Estranged Wife File Dueling Divorce Docs, Differ on Custody and Support

As if it wasn’t already obvious, Logan Marshall-Green and his estranged wife are in for quite the divorce battle.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Logan and Diane filed their divorce petitions one week apart. They both list the date of marriage as December 12, 2012 and list the date of separation as “to be determined.”

But the two differ when it comes to custody of their two children – Diane is seeking sole physical custody, while Logan wants joint custody.

To no one’s surprise, they also have contrasting requests when it comes to spousal support — Diane is asking the court to award it to her, while Logan wants neither party to receive support.

Logan also wants each of them to cover their own legal fees, while Diane wants Logan to pay for both sides.

As The Blast first reported, after filing divorce docs, Diane took to social media and accused Logan of cheating on her with actress Sarah Hay.

“I filed for divorce today,” Diane announced, adding, “people aren’t always what they seem and to every woman out there: always trust your gut.”

She then lashed out at Hay, saying, “beware of the faux woman champion,” adding, “those girls don’t care about sleeping with a married father of two. Peace and Love, thanks for letting me share.”

Diane then spoke at the “Talking While Female” seminar in Boyle Heights and described to the crowd the night she attempted suicide. She claimed to have been strangled by her estranged husband and responded by taking a bottle of pills and attempting to get into a bath.
