Live Nation is celebrating a return to live music by offering concertgoers cheap tickets to some shows. The entertainment company announced Thursday they would be offering fans $20 "all-in" tickets to almost 1,000 upcoming shows, including the Jonas Brothers, Lil Baby, 3 Doors Down, Lady A, Maroon 5 and more. "All in" means the cost includes taxes and fees.

The reduced-priced "Return to Live" concerts will take place in some of Live Nation's 40 outdoor amphitheaters across the U.S.

The $20 tickets go on sale on the Live Nation website starting July 28 at noon EDT/9 a.m. PDT and will only be available for a limited time. T-Mobile and Sprint users will have early access to the tickets 24-hours before they go on sale to the general public.

Returning to concerts: Do you need a COVID-19 vaccine to go to a concert this year? It depends

"We can’t wait to get back on the road and in front of our fans, it means so much to be able to bring live music back to the people that support us the most," the Jonas Brothers said in the Live Nation announcement.

Fans may be eager to return to live music, but when they do, they will face a hodgepodge of COVID-19 rules, depending on the location, venue and even the artist's preference.

Such regulations for concertgoers include separate seating for vaccinated and unvaccinated fans, mandatory mask wearing and social distancing at concession and merchandise lines.

Other shows are business as usual.

Although not part of the deal, Live Nation noted that attendees headed to jam with Dead & Company, starting Aug. 16 in Raleigh, North Carolina, must prove they've been vaccinated to enter the general admission pit on all dates of the tour. Those who can't will be moved to an alternate viewing location, as noted when purchasing a ticket.

Live Nation's backstage protocols guide notes that acts may request two weeks in advance that all backstage team members are "either fully vaccinated prior to their backstage assignment or complete a COVID rapid antigen test prior to each backstage assignment."
