Little Caesars kicks off second NFL season partnership with customer deals

Detroit-based Little Caesars is kicking off its second season partnership as the official pizza sponsor of the NFL with several deals for customers.

Little Caesars will offer free delivery as well as other promotions for football fans and bring its mobile charitable kitchen to several cities.

And the deal, available nationwide, starts ahead of the official season kickoff and Lions season opener on Sept. 7 when they face the Kansas City Chiefs, the 2022-2023 Super Bowl champs.

Now through Sept. 10, delivery will be free on all orders placed through the Little Caesars app or at littleceasars.com, according to a news release. Little Caesars also said there will be no additional service or small order fees.

“We’re always looking for new ways for our guests to save, and since delivery and the NFL go hand-in-hand, this is the perfect deal for football fans and pizza lovers alike,” said Greg Hamilton, chief marketing officer for Little Caesars.

The offer is good at participating Little Caesars restaurants and with the promo code FREEDELIVERY at checkout. Third-party online sites are excluded and the offer is limited to one per person, per day.

Little Caesars is partnering with nine NFL teams, including the Lions, with plans on more promotions throughout the season.

The chain is also bringing back its Pizza! Pizza! Pregame promotion, starting Sept. 7. The promotion allows fans who order during game times chances to win prizes or perks with any purchase, including being entered for the grand prize of a trip to Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Pizza!Pizza! Pregame promotion is for orders placed one hour before and up to three hours after the start of each game on Mondays and Thursdays. For NFL Sunday games, the promotion is valid during normal restaurant operating hours.

Little Caesars also will have a series of commercials featuring several NFL players and an analyst. Last season Little Caesars kicked off its first season in a multiyear partnership with the NFL with a commercial featuring former Detroit Lion quarterback Matthew Stafford.

Little Caesars will also continue its charitable efforts with Love Kitchen, the company’s restaurant on wheels. The mobile kitchen will visit several NFL cities throughout the year working to give back to communities in need.

LThe third largest pizza chain in the world, Little Caesars is headquartered in downtown Detroit. It was founded in 1959 by Mike and Marian Ilitch.
