Anyone meeting Meghan Markle for the first time might easily be star-struck — a well-known actress turned duchess isn’t someone you come across very often. But a special little boy not only got to stand next to the Duchess of Sussex, he was also able to touch her face and hair. When Walter Cullen, 3, met Meghan and Prince Harry during their visit to Dublin this week, the little boy reached out to touch the Duchess of Sussex’s brunette locks before clasping his palm to his mouth in disbelief. The precious images of his stunned reaction have gone viral.
