ALONGI: Minnesotan discusses her science fiction debut “Citadel.” Alongi is best known for her CaFae Latte TikTok series about a cafe run by fairies. “Citadel” is the only human city on an alien planet, ruled by the tides that bring both deadly danger and much-needed resources.
