The "It List" is Yahoo's weekly look at the best in pop culture. Here are our picks for the week of July 12. HBO has a new docuseries based on Ronan Farrow's "Catch and Kill" book and podcast. The six episode series is titled "Catch and Kill: The Podcast Tapes" and features extended interviews with whistle blowers, journalists, and others about the misconduct of former Hollywood mogul, Harvey Weinstein.

- Weinstein's team was pushing very, very hard for us to use the term assault. And I said, these women call it rape and it fits the legal definition.

- Call it what it is.

- Naomi Osaka has a new three part documentary premiering on Netflix this week. The series will explore the tennis star's life and background and will feature Osaka talking about the pressures of stardom and success, as well as her commitment to social justice.

NAOMI OSAKA: For so long I've tied to winning to my worth as a person. To anyone that would know me, they know me for being a tennis player. So like, what am I if I'm not a good tennis player?

- Another podcast is moving to the small screen with a dramatized adaption featuring big name actors. Dr. Death tells the real life story of spinal surgeon Christopher Duntsch whose patients kept winding up paralyzed or dead. Joshua Jackson plays Duntsch while Alec Baldwin and Christian Slater play two doctors determined to stop him before he hurts more patients.

- You turned him into a quadriplegic.

- Work ethic was second to none.

- Ted Bundy was a good worker too.

- We all make mistakes.

- But not you.

- No ma'am.
