- "The It List" is Yahoo's weekly look at the best in pop culture. Here are our picks for the week of November 22.

A new documentary on Discovery + takes a deep dive into the life and crimes of Ghislaine Maxwell, the one time girlfriend and fixer for accused sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein. Maxwell is currently standing trial herself for sex trafficking charges related to Epstein, and the documentary wonders exactly how much she knows.

- What about the tapes Epstein made to blackmail people, does she know where they are?

- Ghislaine Maxwell may be the last person who can say what actually happened here.

- Paul Thomas Anderson's new film stars the late actor Philip Seymour Hoffman's son, Cooper Hoffman, as Gary, a teenage actor coming of age in the San Fernando Valley in the 1970s. The movie also stars Alana Haim as the object of Gary's affection, and features a cameo from Bradley Cooper as a larger than life celebrity hairdresser.

- I'm not going to forget you. Just like you're not going to forget me.

- Gross.

- Lin-Manuel Miranda's new animated movie focuses on a magical family and their magical house. The story follows a girl who seems to be the only one in the family who didn't get any of that magic but who may be the only one who can bring it back when it starts to go away.

- The rats told me everything. Don't eat those.

- Even in our darkest moment there's light where you least expect it.
