Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa’s divorce has been granted just one day after the legal filing.

According to PEOPLE, documents filed in the Superior Court of California on Tuesday (Jan. 10) confirm the dissolution, as the former couple seemingly negotiated terms prior to filing.

Although the divorce is finalized, Bonet and Momoa will not be considered legally single until July 9, 2024. The outlet reported both actors “are fully satisfied with regard to the disclosures provided,” according to their Marital Statement Agreement (MSA), and “they are sufficiently knowledgeable about the terms of the MSA, the value of the assets divided between them and the incomes of each of them.”

Bonet and Momoa were “awarded joint legal custody” of their minor children, 16-year-old Lola and 15-year-old Nakoa-Wolf. Additionally, the couple has waived the right to seek spousal support from one another.

The divorce comes years after the couple announced their separation, which is officially listed as Oct. 7, 2020. Bonet and Momoa were married for five years and together for a total of 18. Bonet was previously married to Lenny Kravitz, with whom she shares a daughter, actress Zoë Kravitz.

The marriage was Momoa’s first. The divorce petition filed on Monday cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
