“Ashley, Elisabeth, and Keith have orchestrated deals for many of our most acclaimed shows,” said Sandra Stern, Vice Chairman, Lionsgate Television Group. “They have risen through the ranks as a result of their industry expertise, dealmaking prowess and professionalism, and I’m thrilled for them to continue to expand their leadership roles within the business affairs group.”

In her new role, Morales will continue to negotiate high level series and talent deals as well as oversee day to day departmental operations. A 16-year Lionsgate veteran, she served as the BA executive on The Continental, one of Peacock’s biggest original launches of 2023. She also handles P-Valley for Starz and Extended Family for NBC. Morales previously served as SVP, Television Business Affairs.

Rhee will oversee Labor Relations and Business & Legal Administration for Lionsgate’s scripted series slate, including Mythic Quest, Extended Family, The Continental and The Serpent Queen. She will also now handle eOne’s Yellowjackets and The Recruit. Rhee, a nearly 11-year Lionsgate TV veteran, negotiates and executes the company’s union agreements and advises on guild implications in talent deals, budgeting, contracts, and payment procedures for its scripted shows. She previously served as VP, Business & Legal Affairs Administration.

Warren, who joined Lionsgate nearly 10 years ago, will continue to negotiate talent, network, and co-production agreements across the Television Group’s scripted series, including the new Spartacus sequel, Spartacus: House Of Ashur. Warren currently oversees business affairs on scripted comedy Ghosts, Acapulco, in its third season at Apple TV+; and BMF at Starz. Warren previously served as VP, Television Business Affairs.
