Lionsgate COO Andrew Kramer Left After Harassment Allegation (Report)
Lionsgate international COO Andrew Kramer, whose exit was announced last week, was recently investigated after an accusation of inappropriate behavior toward a female employee, The Hollywood Reporter said Sunday.
The complaint was filed by a senior studio executive who reporting seeing Kramer acting inappropriately toward an assistant at the Berlin International Film Festival last February, according to THR.
The company’s internal investigation was ruled “inconclusive,” and the assistant’s request for reassignment was granted.

When Kramer’s departure was announced on Thursday, Lionsgate said he was stepping down as part of a restructuring plan. People who spoke with THR said that despite the investigation, the restructuring was still the reason for Kramer’s exit.
A rep for Lionsgate declined to comment to TheWrap.
In recent weeks, several men accused of sexual misconduct have been fired by studios, agencies, and networks in recent weeks — led by the ouster of The Weinstein Company co-founder Harvey Weinstein.

Chris Savino, creator of the hit animated series “Loud House,” was fired by Nickelodeon after multiple women accused him of harassment and misconduct.
Amazon Studios head Roy Price resigned after being suspended when “The Man in the High Castle” executive producer, Isa Hackett, accused him of harassment.
And last week, APA agent Tyler Grasham was fired after TheWrap reported that former teen actor Blaise Godbe Lipman and others had accused him of sexual misconduct.
