LINGUA IGNOTA, the Body, and Full of Hell Members Form New Band Sightless Pit: Listen

Sightless Pit is a new band that consists of LINGUA IGNOTA (aka Kristin Hayter), the Body’s Lee Buford, and Full of Hell’s Dylan Walker. Today, they’ve announced their debut full-length Grave of a Dog, out February 21 via Thrill Jockey. The trio has also released the album’s first song, “Kingscorpse.” Check that out below.

The Body and Full of Hell have previously collaborated on two full-length albums, the most recent being 2017’s Ascending a Mountain of Heavy Light. Last year saw Full of Hell release their first album for Relapse, Weeping Choir. LINGUA IGNOTA’s sophomore album, Caligula, was also released last year.
