Lily Gladstone has no regrets when it comes to her viral high school yearbook photo.

The Killers of the Flower Moon star, 37, shared in Vanity Fair’s 30th annual Hollywood issue that she “didn’t feel embarrassment” when the class photo — which designated her and classmate Josh Ryder as "Most Likely to Win an Oscar" — made the rounds on social media.

“I felt very, very touched,” she said of the photo going viral. “You feel like you’re at a certain point and people just kind of forget you.”

“But also [Ryder told me], ‘I don’t know if you’ve caught wind of this, but your doing what you’re doing right now has brought a lot of our high school class back,’” she continued. “They’re planning a watch party for the Oscars. They might watch it in our old high school theater.”

Gladstone said people even started reaching out to her mother after Killers of the Flower Moon initially came out in theaters.

“After the premiere, at the end of the day, [my mom is] like, ‘I don’t know how you do it. I’ve had so many people reach out to me today. I’m overwhelmed,’ " Gladstone shared.

She added that she has gotten tons of messages too, saying, “I’ve got almost 600 unread texts right now.”

For the Oscar-nominated film, the actress took on the role of Mollie Burkhart, which was based on a real-life woman who was a member of the Osage Nation and whose family members were killed over rights to oil reserves located underneath Oklahoma. The role eventually earned her a Golden Globe win and an Oscar nomination.

As she campaigns for best actress at the Oscars, her old friends, including Ryder, have been sending their support from afar. He told Entertainment Tonight that he recently video chatted with Gladstone and wished her nothing but the best.

Sharing footage from the call on Instagram, Ryder wrote, "Golden Globes knew what’s up, now it’s time for @theacademy to follow. Y’all ain’t seen nothing yet from my home girl; this is just the beginning. Go, Lily, go!"

"I’ll never get over this 😂," Gladstone said in a comment.

Following her Oscar nomination, Ryder told ET, "I don't think I had the capacity necessarily to think, or the understanding of what it would take to put oneself in that position to be nominated for an Oscar, and Lily has done it."

"And it is extraordinary that she did such high-caliber work, and is getting recognized for it rightfully," he added.
