Lil Wayne bringing ‘Welcome to tha Carter Tour’ to Knoxville. Here’s how to get tickets

Lil Wayne is rolling into Knoxville this fall. The rapper has added a performance at Thompson-Boling Arena while on the “Welcome to tha Carter Tour.”

Fans shouldn’t hesitate to get tickets when they go on sale Sept. 15 because the show is scheduled for Nov. 16. All tickets will be sold online via Ticketmaster.

Wayne released his latest single, “Kat Food,” earlier this month, and kicked off the “Welcome to tha Carter Tour” back in April.

Some of his hit songs include “Lollipop,” “6 Foot 7 Foot” and “A Milli.” He released the greatest hits compilation, “I Am Music,” in March.

Also known to fans as Weezy, the rapper has sold more than 26 million albums, according to bestsellingalbums.org. He’s racked up accolades throughout his career, including five Grammys, and 16 BET Hip Hop Awards.
