The rapper posted a letter from Liberty University signed by the very dead Jerry Falwell.

If there's one thing about stunt kweens: they're gonna stunt.

Exhibit A: Lil Nas X. The "Call Me By Your Name" rapper has been teasing his new era, one dedicated to Jesus and Christian music...but in his very specific way.

The latest tease comes in the form of an acceptance letter from Liberty University, the anti-gay evangelical university in Lynchburg, Va., where, the letter claims, Lil Nas X (né Montero Hill) will begin "a Dual Concentration in Christian Leadership and Biblical Studies."

"I know some of y'all hate me right now but I want y'all to know I'm literally about to go to college for biblical studies in the fall," he wrote. "Not everything is a troll! Anyways I'M A STUDENT AGAIN! LET'S GOOO."

Of course, with Lil Nas X, a certified prankster and noted meddling kid, it's always best to take these things with a grain of salt. For instance, the letter is signed by the "President" of the university, Jerry Falwell, who died in 2007.

But the 24-year-old's foray into the Christian music market is happening. More or less. He's set to release his new single, "J. CHRIST" on Friday, which he's promoted with a photo of him looking positively angelic while brandishing two AK-47s, as well as an image of his very own crucifixion.

"My new single is dedicated to the man who had the greatest comeback of all time!" Lil Nas X captioned the photo of him on the cross, Christ-like.

So, just from all the blatant blasphemy alone, odds are Montero Hill won't be strutting across the Liberty University campus this fall. But if he did...now that would be a stunt.
