If you want to get all sentimental about your history, Lil Nas X isn’t interested. “I don’t wanna knooooow past lovers and relations,” he sings on Kevin Abstract’s new song, “Tennessee.” “I just wanna goooo to the bedroom, get you levitating.” In the video, Lil Nas X gets right in a guy’s face, showing how serious he is. The clip itself is a celebration of gay love since both Nas and Kevin Abstract are two of the most prominent out rappers.

Abstract has released the track, which features his own bedroom-only lyrics and a great one-liner (“Bad hearin’, ask twice, huh”) after debuting it at the second weekend of Coachella, where Lil Nas X performed it with him. None of the lyrics explain the single’s cover art, which shows a couple of guys looking at a dirt bike in a kitchen, but there is one about Abstract being a “picky eater,” so maybe it’s that (but judging from everything else he says, probably not.)

Consequence reports that at Coachella, Abstract said of Lil Nas X that he feels “very lucky to know him and to be existing at the same time as him” and that the rappers attended the same high school but didn’t know each other.

Abstract’s former Brockhampton bandmate, Romil Hemnani, features heavily on the song, as he contributes drum machine and synthesizer and is credited with being a composer, lyricist, mixing engineer, producer, and recording engineer. Others credited on the song include Cole Bat (who also directed the video), Devon Francis, Quadeca, and drum machinist Devstacks.
