Life in prison? Harvey Weinstein indicted on new sex crime charges against third woman
Harvey Weinstein could be facing life in prison. The Manhattan District Attorney’s office announced Monday morning that a grand jury has served three more sexual assault charges against the former movie studio mogul, including an additional count of criminal sexual act in the first degree for forcing a woman to have sex with him in 2006, as well as two counts of predatory sexual assault, which carries a minimum sentence of 10 years and a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
