Liam Payne is saying goodbye to his home in the Santa Monica Mountains.

The former One Direction member has sold his Calabasas, California, mansion for $10.2 million, PEOPLE confirms.

Payne, 27, purchased the home in 2015, and first placed it on the market in 2018 for $14 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. After lowering the price to $10.75 million in 2020, the "Bedroom Floor" singer has found a buyer.

The property is nestled in the hills above Malibu and features waterfalls, koi ponds, and lush gardens on the grounds — not to mention a pool, gym, home theater, wine cellar and double-height library with ornate detailing.

The house, built in 1991, boasts 9,700 square feet of living area, including five bedrooms and six bathrooms. There is also a recording studio, guesthouse and meditation house on the property.
