The series then mainly revolves around the group members talking about their abortions and how they have only been able to speak up about their lives due to the support and safe space their group provides.

The series features Alison Bell as Audrey and Duncan Fellows as Jeremy. Other roles are taken up by notable actors like Noni Hazlehurst, Sacha Horler, Lucy Durack, Leon Ford, Celeste Barber, Taylor Ferguson, Leah Vandenberg, Xana Tang, and Sarah Peirse.
