After President Trump abruptly ended his interview on 60 Minutes, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany appeared carrying a huge book and presented it to Lesley Stahl, who was waiting to see if the president would return. McEnany told Stahl it was Trump’s long-awaited healthcare plan. In the interview, Trump, as he’s been doing for months, promised the plan would be made public after the Supreme Court makes a decision on his administration’s efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act. While giving Stahl the book may have been an effort to satisfy Stahl’s curiosity about Trump’s healthcare plan, it did not have the desired effect. After having time to review the contents of the book, Stahl says in a voiceover as she is seen with the book, that it is filled with executive orders and congressional initiatives, but no comprehensive health plan.

KAYLEIGH MCENANY: Leslie, the president wanted me to deliver his health care plan. It's a little heavy.

LESLEY STAHL: Oh my God. This is his health care plan?

KAYLEIGH MCENANY: Yes.

LESLEY STAHL: OK, Kayleigh, thank you.

KAYLEIGH MCENANY: You're welcome. And the vice president will be with you shortly.

LESLEY STAHL: OK. And the president's not coming back?

KYLIE MAR: On "60 Minutes" Sunday night, White House press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany gave Lesley Stahl what she said was the health care plan President Trump has been promising for months. This followed an incredibly contentious interview with the president.

LESLEY STAHL: You know, I didn't want to have this kind of angry--

DONALD TRUMP: Of course, you did.

LESLEY STAHL: No, I didn't.

DONALD TRUMP: Of course, you did.

LESLEY STAHL: No, I didn't.

DONALD TRUMP: Well, then you brought up a lot of subjects that--

LESLEY STAHL: Well, I said--

DONALD TRUMP: --were inappropriately brought up.

LESLEY STAHL: --I'm gonna ask you tough questions.

DONALD TRUMP: They were inappropriately brought--

Lesley Stahl: But--

DONALD TRUMP: --right from the beginning. You know, your first question was, this is going to be tough questions.

LESLEY STAHL: Why--

DONALD TRUMP: You don't ask Joe Biden.

KYLIE MAR: Trump ended the interview prematurely and walked out on this stunned Stahl, but not before assuring her that the health care plan is ready.

LESLEY STAHL: Why didn't you develop a health plan?

DONALD TRUMP: It is developed. It is fully developed. It's going to be announced very soon.

LESLEY STAHL: When?

DONALD TRUMP: When we see what happens with Obamacare.

LESLEY STAHL: If they end it, people with pre-existing conditions will be stranded.

DONALD TRUMP: No, No.

LESLEY STAHL: And that's just a fact.

DONALD TRUMP: It's wrong. It's wrong.

Lesley Stahl: No.

DONALD TRUMP: A new plan will happen--

LESLEY STAHL: But will--

DONALD TRUMP: --and we won't do anything-- will and is.

KYLIE MAR: And while the pages of the large book given to Stahl weren't blank, as some had suggested, according to Stahl, it also didn't contain a health care plan.

LESLEY STAHL: It was heavy, filled with executive orders, congressional initiatives--

I can't lift it.

--but no comprehensive health plan.
