Lesley-Ann Brandt is reimagining her L.A. home!

The Lucifer actress, 41, teamed up with designer Laetitia Wajnapel of Cinquieme Gauche to give her abode a proper facelift after years of living there. Brandt focused on refreshing her kitchen, dining room, and living room because she views those spaces as some of the most important in her home.

Brandt tells PEOPLE exclusively of her kitchen remodel: "I loved the color scheme at the time of the renovation, but with a then toddler — now first grader — the paint had taken a hit. I decided to lighten everything up to create a warmer, cozier feel."

Brandt shares the home with her husband of eight years, actor Chris Payne Gilbert, and their son Kingston Payne.

Looking inside the kitchen, Brandt turned to Farrow and Ball to outfit her cabinets with Dead Salmon — a shade that reflects a “cool mushroom tone,” she says. Handmade brass pulls that are “like jewelry for cabinets” adorn the cabinetry.

Zellige tiles were added to the backsplash to tie the charming space together, and a white, rounded hood was installed around the extraction fan.

As for the dining room, antique wooden chairs imported from Belgium complement the main table that Brandt sourced herself.

The artwork in the space was chosen from the actress’ ample art collection, and custom drapery in an oyster color was added to give the room more warmth.

A unique sculptural chair outfitted in vintage kimono fabric makes a statement in the living room. One of Brandt’s friends, Sam Klemick, designed the piece, while the Italian sofa features original upholstery from the 1970s.
