Leonardo DiCaprio channeled his inner Kendall Roy with a special performance of Gang Starr’s classic “DWYCK” during a birthday celebration over the weekend.

The now 49-year-old celebrated his birthday last Saturday (November 11th) in Beverly Hills, as E! News reports. As seen in a video published by TMZ, DiCaprio danced around the stage and rapped along to Greg Nice’s verse on the track.

“DWYCK” was originally released as a B-side on Gang Starr’s 1992 single “Take It Personal.” The track later appeared on the duo’s excellent 1994 album, Hard to Earn. Listen to the original, Leo-free version of “DWYCK” below.

DiCaprio’s massive Gatsby-adjacent celebration reportedly housed a star-studded guest list, including Beyoncé, JAY-Z, Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga, Kate Beckinsale, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Salma Hayek, and Chris Rock.

Apart from serving ’90s rapper realness, DiCaprio currently stars in Martin Scorsese’s latest film, Killers of the Flower Moon. During the making of the movie, he wore butt pads for a scene in which he gracefully takes a spanking from Robert De Niro.

Be sure to check out where Hard to Earn landed on our list of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time.
