Lenny Hochstein Facing Demands From Lisa Over Boyfriend Jody Glidden in Court Battle
As the divorce battle between Lisa and Lenny Hochstein continues, Jody Glidden has now become a source of contention. For those that missed The Real Housewives of Miami Season 6, don’t fret; most of this drama happened off-screen.
Amid the divorce court proceedings, Lisa posted a photo to Instagram with a bruise on her arm. It seemed the implication was that Lenny had caused it. Lenny fired back with a denial and a defamation lawsuit. He claimed that Lisa fell while yelling at him, resulting in a bruise.
The defamation suit also named Jody as a “homewrecker” after Lenny suspected that the timeline for Jody and Lisa’s initial meeting was off. Lisa initially denied that her post was defamatory and that she had accused Lenny of anything. Now, she’s made an official motion.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Lisa has demanded that Lenny’s defamation suit be thrown out. She further demanded that Jody’s name be kept out of the court battle. Lisa denied all allegations of wrongdoing, calling her Instagram post “truthful.”
Lisa’s demand that the lawsuit be thrown out further claimed that Lenny “initiated this lawsuit in retaliation for the bad publicity he received following the very public dissolution of marriage action between the parties. This lawsuit bears no truth and is nothing more than a frivolous retaliation.”
As for Jody, the motion read, “These Paragraphs, as noted above, which focus on a companion, Jody Glidden, have absolutely nothing to do with nor have any bearing on the flaccid defamation claim here. They serve only to attack and harass the Defendant and an uninvolved companion. They have no bearing on this case and should be stricken as immaterial and impertinent.”
