LeMoyne Arts opens month-long 'Beam with Pride' exhibit

LeMoyne Arts, 125 N. Gadsden St., opened the "Beam with PRIDE" exhibit on Oct. 1 featuring Dan Taylor, a Tallahassee artist best known for his abstract paintings featuring bold, striking color palettes. The mixed media exhibit that celebrates LGBTQ+ History Month.

This exhibit showcases local and regional artists who focus on LGBTQ+ related themes in their work. LeMoyne aims to provide support for this community in an artistic, creative way. Attendees can also visit the Tallahassee Pride information booth within the exhibit.

Gallery hours are 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday, through Oct. 29.

While you’re visiting the Beam with PRIDE exhibit, you can also view the Art & Soul Celebration Silent Auction. This is LeMoyne’s biggest annual Fall fundraiser that helps LeMoyne continue to offer great programming and classes for the community.
