LeBron James, JAY-Z, Lil Wayne, and more will reportedly be in attendance for the Colorado-USC game. According to BuffsBeat, Hollywood’s brightest stars will attend the Trojans and Buffaloes matchup on Saturday (Sept. 30). Additionally, Will Ferrell, Matthew McConaughey, DJ Khaled, Snoop Dogg, and more will be present at CU’s Folsom Field. Bronny James, who plays for the Trojans’ basketball team, will also be in the house for the event.

The game will see USC’s star quarterback Caleb Williams showdown against CU’s Shedeur Sanders. Williams previously won the Heisman Award in the 2022 season and is looking to repeat with league-shattering stats. Sanders has also been in the Heisman candidate conversation for his performance in the FBS this year.

Since the beginning of the season, Deion Sanders’ squad has been a lightning rod for A-listers. Figures like The Rock, Cam’ron, Master P, Shannon Sharpe, Stephen A. Smith, and Offset have supported the much-hyped football program.

Ahead of the battle with the University of Southern California, the Buffaloes are looking to bounce back from their recent loss to Oregon. UO defenders sacked Sanders seven times — the most sacks by an Oregon defense since 2017. Deion’s son and star QB finished the game with 23 completions on 33 attempts for 159 yards. He also managed to sneak in a passing TD during the second half of the game. CU would lose the game 6-42.

However, much like all of Colorado’s games this year, the exhibition had record-breaking viewership. According to Sports Media Watch, the Pac-12 production has become the most-watched game of the year, raking in 10.03 million viewers.

The game managed to edge out the much-hyped battle between Notre Dame and Ohio State, which drew 9.98 million views. The outlet also reports that Deion Sanders’ Colorado Buffaloes are responsible for four of the 10 most-viewed college football games in 2023.
