Several installments in the A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise won’t be available anymore at HBO Max in a few days.

Starting at the end of the month, 1984’s cult A Nightmare on Elm Street slasher is leaving the streaming service. The movie introduced to worldwide audiences the iconic character of Freddy Krueger, portrayed by Robert Englund. The original film also starred John Saxon, Ronee Blakley, Heather Langenkamp, Amanda Wyss, Nick Corri, and Johnny Depp. A Nightmare on Elm Street was a critical and box-office success, spurring a franchise that counts nine movies and other media. In addition to the Wes Craven-directed film, the sequels A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge, A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child, and the 2010 A Nightmare on Elm Street remake are also leaving HBO Max.
