Last week looked pretty good for Bravo and Andy Cohen. The network announced that they renewed many Real Housewives franchises and several other veteran series. Some new shows are even on the way. On top of that, Andy was cleared after an outside investigation into recent allegations made by ex-(Real House)wives, Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney.

Consequently, the probe found the accusations against Andy were unsubstantiated. But, Leah’s legal team doesn’t seem convinced. They find the timing of the investigation’s end curiously convenient. Additionally, they claim that they weren’t invited to speak with the investigators.

Leah’s lawyer questioned the legitimacy of the Andy investigation

Real Housewives of New York alum, Leah, filed a suit in February. The suit alleged that Andy “rewards [Real Housewives stars] with whom he uses cocaine with more favorable treatment and edits.”

Leah struggled with her sobriety throughout her time on the show. She also claimed that Andy fostered a “workplace culture that thrives off drug and alcohol abuse, which leads to a failure to accommodate employees who are disabled and attempting to remain substance-free.”

Andy refuted all of the claims and demanded an apology via his legal team.

However, the investigation came to a close. Bravo announced, “The outside investigation into the recent allegations made by Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney against Andy Cohen has now been completed, and the claims were found to be unsubstantiated.”

According to Page Six, Leah’s lawyer, Gary Adelman, questions the depth and timing of the investigation.

Gary asked, “How do you have an investigation without speaking with to anyone? As far as we know no one ever contacted our firm. Our opinion is that no one is going to believe this was a real investigation.”

He added, “This is perfect timing. One line so they can repeat it to all the advertisers at the upfronts.”

His statement concluded, “We look forward to reviewing all of the interviews, evidence, and final reports of the investigation that NBCU conducted when we receive them during the Discovery phase of the lawsuit.”

The testimonies could get pretty entertaining if this case hits court. “I need Andy and a camera,” indeed!

TELL US – IS THE TIMING OF ANDY’S CLEARANCE SUSPICIOUS? SHOULD LEAH AND HER TEAM HAVE BEEN INVITED TO SPEAK WITH INVESTIGATORS?
