2. Vin Diesel is still reeling from the 2013 death of his Fast & Furious co-star and friend, Paul Walker. The weight of the loss even motivated him to do a sequel to 2002’s xXx movie, the upcoming xXx: The Return of Xander Cage. He told the magazine #legend: “I had to shoot that, literally, so I could smile and laugh again because the character I’d been playing was so brooding and had forced me to go to such a dark place, doing it without someone that I loved … I wanted to deliver something special in the name of my brother.”
3. Bruce Springsteen is definitely not performing at President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration. Springsteen was a guest on comedian Marc Maron’s popular podcast show WTF and discussed Trump’s unexpected election win. He said: “I’ve felt disgust before but never the kind of fear that you feel now. It’s as simple as the fear of, is someone simply competent enough to do this particular job? Do they simply have the pure competence to be put in the position of such responsibility?”
