Lea Michele remembers Cory Monteith on the 6-year anniversary of his death

Lea Michele is honoring her former boyfriend Cory Monteith on the 6-year anniversary of the actor’s death.

On Saturday, the actress, 32, posted a photo of a peaceful sky over the ocean, with sunlight streaming through.

“The light always remains,” Michele wrote.

Michele, who married entrepreneur Zandy Reich back in March, has marked her love of Monteith in several tattoos. Earlier this month, she showed off a tattoo on her upper thigh that reads “Finn,” in honor of Monteith’s Glee character. The actress has said she got the ink back in 2011, two years before Monteith passed away.

Back in 2016, she revealed another tattoo of the number 5, a nod Finn’s football jersey on the show.

Monteith, who dated Michele for two years, died of a mixed drug toxicity involving heroin and alcohol in 2013 at age 31.
