Lauren Sánchez Says There's ‘Nothing Better’ Than Seeing Fiancé Jeff Bezos in Sweet Instagram Post

Lauren Sánchez is spending some quality time with her fiancé Jeff Bezos!

On Wednesday, Sánchez shared a sweet photo on Instagram of the couple taking a stroll.

“Nothing better than when I get to see him for lunch between his meetings. 🤍,” she captioned the picture, which showed the two strolling in T-shirts and jeans (hers from the newly launched Wrangler collaboration with Staud), with her hand in his back pocket.

“Cute ❤️❤️,” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Kyle Richards commented on the snap. Kris Jenner also expressed her happiness for their love, adding a series of heart-eye emojis.

The Emmy-winning journalist and the former president and CEO of Amazon got engaged in late May after going public with their relationship in January 2019.

To celebrate, the couple held an engagement party aboard his $500 million yacht on the Amalfi Coast in Italy in August, a source confirmed to PEOPLE.

Not long after Bezos, 59, asked for her hand in marriage, a source told PEOPLE that the billionaire and Sánchez, 53, "are really in love and happy which makes everyone who knows them happy."

"All of her friends say this is her dream come true. She found the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with and they felt the time was right," the insider added.

In January 2019, photos from October 2018 surfaced of Bezos and Sánchez enjoying a romantic helicopter ride together in Santa Monica, California.

The pair also frequently donate to causes close to their hearts.

In 2022, he and Sánchez took a trip to Colombia's Chiribiquete National Park and donated $10 billion to help combat deforestation through the Bezos Earth Fund.

They dedicated $100 million to help the community “get back on its feet" after wildfires wreaked havoc on the Hawaiian island of Maui over the summer.

“Jeff and I are heartbroken by what's happening in Maui,” Sánchez began on Instagram, which Bezos reposted on Aug. 11.

“The immediate needs are important, and so is the longer term rebuilding that will have to happen — even after much of the attention has subsided,” she wrote. “Jeff and I are creating a Maui Fund and are dedicating $100 million to help Maui get back on its feet now and over the coming years as the continuing needs reveal themselves.”
