Lauren London has been granted an ownership stake in late rapper Nipsey Hussle’s business assets. London received the ownership from the rapper’s elder brother, Blacc Sam, who recently filed a report of Nipsey’s estate’s holdings, which is valued at $11 million in total.

According to the report, Nipsey’s two children, Emani and Kross, are his sole beneficiaries and will each receive 50% of his assets. The rapper’s holdings consists of $7 million spread across various bank accounts, as well as $4 million from various companies, a 2012 Chevy Suburban, and more.

The latest news regarding Nipsey Hussle’s assets comes amid a vicious legal battle between his estate and Tanisha Foster, the mother of Nipsey’s eldest child, Emani. While Nipsey’s family was granted physical custody of his daughter in 2019 after claiming that Foster was not fit to care for Emani, she claims that the beloved artist’s family used “their financial position and influence” to win the case.

In a court petition, Foster argued that she’s present in Emani’s life and that Nipsey’s family has cut off all communication with her. “I have continued to be an active part of Emani’s life,” Foster told the court. “She spends the night with me often. I take her to school, and I continue to do the things a parent would do with their child. I am very unhappy that the guardians will not take my calls. They have blocked me on their cell phones. I have to go through a third party or Emani to communicate with the guardians.”

During a court hearing in September, Foster was granted an increase in visitation right with Emani, who is now 15-years-old.

Nipsey Hussle passed away in 2019 after being gunned down over a verbal dispute with a man in front of his flagship Marathon store in Los Angeles. He was 33-years-old at the time of his death.
