Lauren London is toasting another Mother's Day with her two boys by her side.

The You People actress, 39, shared a heartfelt post to Instagram on Sunday, May 12, featuring a rare photo of her sons — Kameron, 14, and Kross, 7 — posing for a cute selfie with Mom.

The boys can be seen in the photo on each side of their mother, who squat down to smile right next to them. Kross also showed off a few missing teeth in the snap, and the whole crew couldn't hide their dimples. "Kam and Kross Mama," London wrote. "I’m just the portal. They are constant reminders of God's Love. Pure Heart Balm. Honored to be their Mommy."

"Happy Mothers Day. Yours. Mine. Ours. 🙏🏽💙🏁," she added.

The post also included another selfie previously shared by proud the mom.

London shares her older son with Grammy winner Lil Wayne, welcoming him back in 2009. She shares Kross with the late Nipsey Hussle, welcoming him in 2016 — less than three years before the musician's death at age 33.

In the comment section of London's Instagram, several fans and friends celebrated her Mother's Day post along with her, including Khadijah Haqq, 2 Chainz, Toni Braxton, Kehlani and musician Snoh Aalegra.

Back in March, London paid homage to Hussle on what marked the fifth anniversary of his death. In an Instagram post, she remembered her late partner — who died on March 31, 2019, after being shot outside of his Marathon Clothing Company location in Los Angeles — and wrote that "energy never dies."

"If you know me, you know March is always tough for me," London wrote in the caption of the post, alongside a portrait of Hussle, real name Ermias Asghedom. "31 days of holding my breath. This day decided to fall on Easter Sunday this 2024. Interesting…. considering your name #GodWillRise."

"Energy never dies…. I love you," she added. "Eternal.💙🏁."

Speaking with Entertainment Tonight in 2021, London described the importance of staying strong for her boys. "We can't stop, you know?" she said at the time. "We do have a purpose, all of us, and it's important for my sons to see me moving forward with grief, not just curling up in a ball, because I curled up in a ball for a long time."

While this weekend marked a rare post from London about her children on Instagram, it wasn't the first time she celebrated raising her two sons on the platform in honor of the holiday.

Back in 2020, the actress posted an adorable black-and-white snapshot of her two sons embracing, just in time for Mother's Day.

The photo featured Kameron holding his older brother while standing up, all while giving him a kiss on the cheek. "The absolute Honor of being their Mother. This Love has saved me. Peace to all the mommas / Happy Mother's Day," London wrote at the time.
