Latto was spotted shooting a music video in Ice Spice’s neck of the woods on Sunday (Feb. 4). The “Put It On Da Floor” rapper took her storyboard to The Bronx, amid the two apparently feuding. Although the two artists haven’t said each other’s names, subliminal shots have been thrown back and forth through their lyrics and social media.

In a clip posted by 2Cool2Blog, the award-winning star could be seen posted up against a car as she raps the lyircs, “20 Black Suburbans, look like sunday service/ I just want a one-on-one, don’t know why she so nervous.”

Staying true to the song, 20 black Suburbans could be seen rolling by. Spectators immediately noticed that the neighborhood was in The Bronx.

“’Beefin’ with someone then going to their hood with a million bodyguards is corny because if you got to do all that, just don’t go at all because it doesn’t make you look gangsta,” commented one person as another jokingly inquired, “How many Uber Blacks did she order?”

Latto’s forthcoming single sparked a response from Ice Spice, who recently confirmed her newest track “Think U The Sh*t (Fart)” is about the Atlanta rapper. In the tune, Ice raps, “I got my foot on they necks, I can’t let up/ She all on the floor, told her get up,” which most likely is referencing Latto’s “Put It On Da Floor.”

During an X Spaces conversation on Friday (Feb. 2), the rising star confirmed to listeners that her song was aimed at the “Big Energy” rhymer. Ice recalled seeing a clip of her “Pretty Girl” video with Rema playing in the background of Latto’s teaser for her next single.

“Seeing that I’m in the back of your weak a** snippet,” Ice said on X. “So I was like, ‘Wait a second — that’s me?’ So I’m like, ‘Okay, since we’re talking about me, let’s talk about me,’ and I dropped that. I was like, ‘This has to be fake — this is AI,’ but b**ches be bold, so I was like, ‘Alright, we’re being bold today.’”

A snippet of Ice in the background wouldn’t have been all-too-bad if Latto wasn’t rapping the same lyrics from above.

Ice Spice and Latto’s brewing beef stems from social media noticing the two having similar fashion choices, as Ice has tapped into Y2K fashion as her style. Others called out Latto for doing Spice’s signature bent-over pose during her sets.

Some have even accused Latto of taking some of Sexyy Red’s moves as well.

“Every time y’all accuse me of copying folks ima clear it up. Nun mo nun less,” Latto responded to the claims on Twitter at the time. “I don’t like how y’all take my tweets & make them fit ur weak a** narratives.”
