A lot has happened in the eight years between The Real Housewives of Miami's third and fourth seasons — yes, even some cosmetic enhancements. At the Season 4 reunion, host Andy Cohen noted that there were "quite a few comments" wondering what work the ladies had had done in the years-long hiatus, especially concerning Larsa Pippen.
Larsa decided to address the questions head-on, clearing up once and for all exactly what she's changed about her appearance. "I've had my nose done. I've had my lips done. And that's basically it," she revealed, adding, "I've had my boobs done before [Season 3]."
As for the rumored butt implants, Larsa gave that a resounding "no." She explained: "I literally work out seven days a week. If I show you my photos from five years ago, I was less than 100 pounds. I’m 140 pounds now, so yea, my legs look thicker than they were, my arms look thicker than [they were]. My whole body has changed… My body’s tight because I work out."
Larsa also opened up about why she decided to have some plastic surgery in recent years. "I feel like I’m very progressive," she shared. "I’m into trends, and I feel like whatever makes me feel good and look good, I’m willing to do. I’m that person."
For any haters, she added for emphasis: "I'm very happy with the way I look."
