Larsa Pippen’s Miami penthouse is up for sale!

PEOPLE can confirm that the Real Housewives of Miami cast member, 49, is parting ways with her Florida property. Her listing agent Seth Semilof with Haute Residence calls the home an “amazing penthouse property in Downtown Miami at only $1,200 a foot.”

The 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is currently listed at $4,199,999.

The condo was built in 2019 and sits at Paramount Miami World Center at 851 NE 1st Ave.

Per a description of the property, the fully upgraded, turnkey, move-in ready dream home features luxuries such as top-of-the-line window blackouts with unparalleled city views, world-class amenities and a prime downtown location.

Larsa is currently dating tennis shoe entrepreneur Marcus Jordan, the son of former Chicago Bulls star Michael Jordan, who played alongside her ex. They are currently starring in season 2 of Peacock's competition show "The Traitors" together.

On Jan. 8, TMZ reported that sources close to the mother of four told the outlet that Larsa was selling the condo so that she and Marcus could shop for a home of their own.

Also last week, Larsa and Marcus appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen where the couple didn’t hold back about their sex lives.

The after-show host was following up on headline-making comments she’d made at last year's RHOM reunion, where she famously boasted she's "always had sex, like, four times a night," even while she was married to her ex.

"I also have sex probably five times a night with the love of my life," she said, gesturing to her boyfriend.
