Lamar and Sabrina jointly use phone surveillance software Covenant Eyes, with the Instagram videos from both individuals seeing them act as influencers for the company.

"Before Covenant Eyes, I just didn't know what he was doing with his phone," Sabrina said, adding that Lamar would get caught "sneaking."

"If you do try to watch porn, I'll be notified," Parr added as she explained the technology.

Sabrina then stated that it seemed to be working – perhaps even from Lamar knowing he is being tracked. When urges come, the sports personality goes for a walk or grabs an ice-cream, but he stays off the porn.

Lamar Calls It A 'Sickness'

Lamar, meanwhile, left some words in the caption to his Instagram video.

"For many years I struggled with watching porn. I shared in several interviews that I would get fined in the NBA for being late. I’d rather watch the last scene then stop and get to practice or get to the bus. I didn’t know It was an addiction because that’s something that’s not talked about in our community," he wrote.

"To pick watching porn over so many other important things is a sickness. Knowing it’s interfering with relationships and doing nothing about it is a sickness. Thanks to @covenant.eyes and my fiancée @getuptoparr I’ve been able to deal with it in the light. I no longer have any shame about it. When I first met @getuptoparr it was something she told me she wasn’t going to ignore or deal with if I wanted to be with her so I had to make a decision," he added.

Gave Up Porn – And Candy

2019 saw Sabrina and Lamar stopped at the airport by TMZ, with the media outlet initially asking the couple about their workout philosophies. When TMZ asked Lamar what's "off-limits," the NBA player mentioned adult videos.

"Porn and candy," he said.

The TMZ employee seemed suprised, but Lamar insisted that he wanted to be "better." Sabrina then chimed in, calling her man a "sex addict."

“You can’t watch porn if you’re a sex addict and want a healthy life or be with me,” she said.

Lamar has also famously battled drugs, with his substance abuse documented in his Darkness to Light: A Memoir book.

In mid-December 2019, Sabrina opened up about how physical the couple is getting. As it turns out, there doesn't seem to be much bedroom action – for now.

"This is the first time in Lamar’s entire life that he has been clean of drugs, marijuana, porn addiction, sex addiction. He and I don’t even have sex, believe that or not,” Parr said.

"Once Lamar got saved, he developed a relationship with a pastor and there’s a lot of things he just wants to grow, areas he wants to grow in, and things he wants to improve on as a man," she added, before mentioning that Lamar's pastor had suggested that sex before marriage isn't "Godly."

Lamar and Sabrina announced their engagement in November 2019.
