Lamar Odom's Fiancée Sabrina Parr Shows Off Waist-Training: 'Egg Whites, Turkey Bacon & Half A Grapefruit'
Sabrina Parr has wasted no time hitting the gym as the rest of us groan after the holiday indulging. The fitness model and fiancée to former NBA star Lamar Odom updated her Instagram today straight from the gym. This hardcore fitness queen may not have been rocking a tiny sports bra, but her trim physique was still on show.
Sabrina was in selfie mode as she snapped herself full length, rocking a skin-tight pair of leggings in bold orange – of course, this pro goes matching, with a sheer and long-sleeved top flashing hints of a white bra underneath.
A 5 A.M. Start And A Full Nutritional Breakdown
Sabrina's caption basically said it all.
"5am I woke up and got about 50 orders done. 6am I went on a 30 minute fasted run. 7am I ate eggs whites, 1 whole egg, turkey bacon and a half grapefruit," she began.
"10am I went to @glutecamp class wearing my @whatwaistofficial sweat belt that I love! 11am I drank my protein shake on my way to the post office to drop my orders off. This was a Saturday morning well spent! Now I have the rest of the day to get so much more done!" she added.
Instagram Is Giving It The Thumbs-Up
Sabrina doesn't come with the world's largest Instagram following – she has 151,000 followers – but her fanbase is dedicated as they come.

Lamar & Sabrina – Abstaining From Sex Until Marriage
Lamar once came with quite the reputation: nobody's forgotten him almost dying as he was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel back in 2015. The ex to Khloe Kardashian's battle with drugs is now a past one, though, with his womanizing ways also seeming to be behind him.
Mid-December saw Sabrina reveal that the couple is actually holding back from having sex until they tie the knot.
“This is the first time in Lamar’s entire life that he has been clean of drugs, marijuana, porn addiction, sex addiction. He and I don’t even have sex, believe that or not,” Parr said.
'Not Godly' If Christians Have Sex Before Marriage
Sabrina's statement didn't end there.
"And as a man, the pastor suggested to him, it’s not Godly if Christians like to have sex before marriage. And obviously he’s already had sex, so he couldn’t cut that out, but he said, ‘A great sacrifice to God would be to withhold from sex until you guys got married.’ And so, I think he really respects the pastor’s opinion and his voice," she added.
Lamar appears to join Sabrina for her workouts, appearing in gym mode on the model's Instagram from time to time.
