Lamar Odom is getting ready for his upcoming wedding! The 40-year-old is throwing out his first thirst trap of 2020 with a shirtless video showing him breaking a sweat in the gym. The former NBA star showcased his muscles while baring his chest and lifting weights just days after his Instagram got hacked. Over the holidays, his fancée, Sabrina Parr, accused Lamar's old manager of messing with his social media account in an attempt to drive a wedge in their relationship.

"My page been hacked for a min but I’m finally back! In more ways than one!" he wrote on Thursday. "Back in the gym. Back on the grind. Back focused on restoring what I lost and securing the new things I’ve found. 2020 I’m ready for you!" Several of his followers left words of support and encouragement.

Last week after Christmas, Lamar Odom's soon-to-be wife wrote a lengthy post blasting the NBA player's ex-manager, Zoul El Fassi.
