Flynn Restaurant Group, Pizza Hut’s largest franchisee, recently announced the grand opening of its new restaurant at 4144 Lakewood Ranch Blvd. It's situated near Skyline Chili, south of State Road 64 and east of Interstate 75, in Manatee County.
The new Pizza Hut location is projected to add 15 new jobs to the local economy, according to the press release. Doors opened for guests on Wednesday, Sept. 6, and a grand opening celebration event will take place Sept. 22. That's when you can score your free pizza, if you're an early riser and perhaps a bit lucky.

Lakewood Ranch Pizza Hut grand opening to feature free pizza for one year to first 25 people in line
The grand opening festivities will include a giveaway for free pizza for one year to the first 25 people in line. The new Pizza Hut on Lakewood Ranch Boulevard is delivery and carryout only. The store opens at 10 a.m. daily but you're probably going to want to arrive before sunrise on Sept. 22 if you're serious about winning free pizza.
"Guests can begin to arrive as early as they would like," said Brianna Cortez of BML Public Relations, via email.

The first people in line when the dining room opens will receive redeemable punch cards.
Offer valid only at the Pizza Hut at 4144 Lakewood Ranch Blvd., which is owned and operated by Flynn Restaurant Group.
Winners to receive two complimentary specialty or up to three-topping large pizzas per month (24) for one year.
Pizzas may be redeemed separately or together.

So, yeah, basically the deal is for 24 free pizzas over a year, up to three-topping large pizzas, and they have to be Hand Tossed, Thin ‘N Crispy or Original Pan crust pizzas only. Still, probably worth standing in line for a couple of hours on Sept. 22, which is a Friday, if your schedule permits.
