Lainey Wilson Goes Shirtless in Cowboy Chic Look on ACM Awards Red Carpet

On Thursday, May 16, the 2024 Academy of Country Music Awards kicked off at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. Celebrities arrived in full glam ahead of the awards show—and once again, Lainey Wilson, flaunted her impeccable style.

The "Country's Cool Again" singer walked the red carpet rocking a bold red look. She wore a bright red blazer featuring glittery lapels and shiny red buttons. The blazer, which she wore over bare skin, perfectly matched her flared bootcut pants.

Wilson, 31, paired the look with her signature cowgirl hat, which was also a deep red color, and red eyeshadow. She contrasted the bold color of her outfit with chunky turquoise earrings.

Going into the big night, Wilson snagged five ACM nominations, including Entertainer of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Song of the Year for “Heart Like A Truck" (as both an artist and a songwriter) and Music Event of the Year for “Save Me” with Jelly Roll.

"It’s an incredible honor to be nominated for this year’s @acmawards," she wrote via Instagram on April 9, reacting to the news. "The Lord put this dream on my heart years ago and I never would’ve dreamt it would lead me here. Congrats to my friends and fellow nominees! Let’s party in Frisco 🤘🏼#ACMawards."

Wilson was also among the featured performers, which included host Reba McEntire, as well as Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton, Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Jelly Roll, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Kelsea Ballerini, Post Malone, Noah Kahan, Parker McCollum and Nate Smith with Avril Lavigne.
