Lady Gaga is serious about her pre- and post-show routines!

The Oscar-winning star is in the middle of a string of shows for her Enigma residency in Las Vegas right now, and she's giving her devoted fans an inside look at what her show days look like with several Instagram snaps.

Before she takes the stage, the "Shallow" singer revealed that she gets her blood flowing with back-to-back workouts, including channeling Michael Phelps with some laps.

"Pre-show routine: Hard workout and then Galactic Laps," she captioned a photo of herself wearing a bright pink one-piece suit, pink goggles and pink hair. "GagaPhelps."

A subsequent post shed some light on her intense post-show routine, which perhaps she took a bit more seriously after suffering a frightening fall mid-show after jumping on a fan that she had brought onstage with her. While everything ended up being fine, Gaga certainly didn't want to take any chances following the show.

In a series of three photos, the singer revealed that she takes two baths and then puts on a compression suit for a process that takes up to 45 minutes.

"Post show routine: ice bath for 5-10 min, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20," she wrote alongside the photos, two of which show her nude in two separate bathtubs.

While the performer certainly puts everything into every single performance, perhaps what makes her athlete-like post-show routine so crucial is her continued battle with fibromyalgia, which she revealed she had two years ago. The illness causes chronic pain for Gaga, who put her struggle on display in her vulnerable 2017 Netflix documentary, "Gaga: Five Foot Two."

In an interview with Vogue last year, the singer opened up about the effect that fibromyalgia has had on her daily life and the various misconceptions that she's encountered since being diagnosed.

"I get so irritated with people who don't believe fibromyalgia is real. For me, and I think for many others, it's really a cyclone of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and panic disorder, all of which sends the nervous system into overdrive, and then you have nerve pain as a result," she said. "People need to be more compassionate. Chronic pain is no joke. And it's every day waking up not knowing how you're going to feel."

"It's getting better every day, because now I have fantastic doctors who take care of me and are getting me show-ready," Gaga added.
