Lady Gaga’s wedding to Taylor Kinney is off, but that doesn’t mean she’s not supportive of the institution.

The Joanne songstress, 30, caused quite the stir on Monday when she visited Central Park in her hometown NYC. With a camera crew in tow, she popped by Strawberry Fields, the John Lennon memorial, where two of the onlookers were a bride and groom.

Gaga, who started the day promoting her new album on Howard Stern, happily posed with the couple, which was dressed to the nines for their wedding. The beautiful bride seemed especially excited to have Lady Gaga make her wedding day even more memorable.

The singer — who was outfitted in a pink dress, which showed off her toned tummy — also made a very dramatic display of putting pink and blue flowers on the Imagine mosaic. She was on her hands and knees and kissed the tile — oh the germs! — putting all that recent acting experience on full display.

Drama displays aside, the blonde’s love of Lennon isn’t new though. She has long covered “Imagine” and even struck up a friendship (or an acquaintance-ship?) with Yoko Ono. She also had sex on a canvas with Kinney for a photo shoot, an homage to Lennon and Ono’s infamous bed-ins.

At the park, Gaga also hopped on the back of a bike of a fan, who took her for a spin. Luckily riding through Central Park turned out better for her than it did for Bono.

As if that wasn’t enough fun for one day, Gaga also went with her dad, Joe Germanotta Jr., to get matching tattoos. Her album is a tribute to her aunt Joanne Germanotta, who died from complications from Lupus at the age of 19. They both inked “Joanne,” in the aunt’s handwriting, on their bodies, with her dad adding an angel to his design.

During her Stern interview, Gaga was asked about her July breakup with her Chicago Fire ex, to whom she was engaged. While it initially sounded like they were trying to work it out, yesterday sounded like they were cordial, but a reunion isn’t in the cards.

“I’m actually very close to Taylor,” the “Perfect Illusion” singer said. “He’s been my lover and my friend for a really long time. He’s been so supportive of the album, and I support him on his show, Chicago Fire.”

She went on to say their breakup wasn’t dramatic, explaining, “I hate to sound like a hippie, but I kind of am one and so is he. We love each other, that’s it. It’s just about life changes, and we all go through different stages and we’re focused on different things. To be fair, I think that Taylor’s pretty f***ing cool that over the years no matter what creative transformation that I’ve gone through, he’s always been very supportive of that and loving. There’s a lot on this record inspired by our relationship, and he’s super supportive of me expressing myself artistically.”

However, when Stern asked if she’d be happy for Kinney if he found someone new, she shot back, “I’m not going to f***ing throw a party!”

Reasonable response given the circumstances. For now, she’ll just support other couples in love — like the newlyweds she met yesterday in Central Park.
